i need a way to quickly seal each new tater/gas chamber with the ignition/barrel. |

If you Know how an Inhaler works you can have a way to keep filling the gas up... my sugesstion is make the potatos revolve only, the gas has Its own nonrevolving area,easier design... not as hard to build or seal off. my other suggestion works but uses more supplies. When you got to shoot put a bag on the one end by the poetatoe, rubberband it down... When you ignight the ignition source the hairspray should burst throuh the bag thus propelling the peotatoe real far saw dan c can go "BEYAAW!" oh yeah i got the ammo to, BUY AQUA NET HAIRSPRAY-its like $2 for an aerosal and it LAUNCHES the potatos like you wouldnt believe...

| ummm..how is a bag going to help, and you cant really have a seperate gas chamber, because the force from the explosion would probably break it and then all the gas would explode and then your gun would be effed. |

Blinky don't be stupid... Plastic tears easy, It works like a REAL gun. The gases build behind chamber sealed off by bag and a bunch of other BS. Firing Pine is tripped igntion, Compustion of gases propell poetatoe. besides PVC has a high melting point, we could get like 15 out before we have to worry. but this is all theory...

ummm...
1. Its a potato gun, not a real gun
2. no shit it has a high melting point,
3. real guns dont have bags in them, and
4. The heat of the explosion has nothing to do with it. The problem is the pressure. The pipes need to be secured properly or it will fall apart or it will not get a proper seal. |
